The Living Areas - Presenting your Home to Sell

The finishing touch of our renovation was to stage the home so potential buyers could see everything our home had to offer. Too many people choose to sell empty renovated homes; we have found the money you “save” doesn’t justify the value you add when your home is staged. Staging furniture and decor creates a stage for buyers to imagine what their lives would look like in your home. Staging creates a home that has an emotional pull, and leaves out the guesswork for the buyers. Ultimately you are creating a place for someone to call home, and people never think of home with blank walls and no where to sit!

Here is the final staged living spaces of the Hidden Treasure renovation, photographed by Helen Banker. Product lists are at the bottom of the blog.
